Year 10 Semi Formal
Date: Wednesday 27th November 2025
Location: Top Golf, Cnr Roadshow Way & Entertainment Drive, Oxenford, 4210
Time: 5.30pm – 9pm
Cost: $60 per ticket
Transportation: Students make their own way to the venue and return to the school by bus for pick up at 9.30pm.
Tickets can be purchased at our Finance window at school, (open Mon-Thurs 8am - 2pm) or via QParents. Payment due date 30/10/25.

Year 12 Formal
Date: Monday 17th November 2025
Location: Hotel Grand Chancellor, 23 Leichhardt St, Spring Hill
Time: 6pm – 10pm (students to arrive by 5:45pm)
Cost: $175 per ticket - this includes the entry ticket to the venue and the 2 course meal
Tickets can be purchased at our Finance window at school, (open Mon-Thurs 8am - 2pm) or via QParents. Ticket purchases close on 29/10/25.
Dress Code: Formal

Parents are invited to attend the venue for photos before the event starts, but families will not be able to access the professional photographer.
Year 12 Mystery Tour
The Mystery Tour will start after the conclusion of the formal. Students are to bring a change of clothes and closed in shoes.
Cost: $160
Fundraising Drive:
To assist in the cost of the year 12 Formal and Mystery Tour, students are encouraged to participate in a fundraisng chocolate box drive.
For each box of chocolates a student sells, they will receive a discount of $18 from the cost of either the formal or mystery tour ticket. Students may sell as many chocolate boxes as they wish.
Upon receipt of a signed permission slip from parents/carers, chocolate boxes can be collected from the finance window.
